2 Week Potato Challenge: The Rules
In case you missed my previous post, I explained why I'm embarking on a 2 week potato challenge on Sunday. Today I'm laying down the rules for the challenge.
Rule 1: Only Potatoes. I am only allowing myself to eat potatoes for two weeks. They can be boiled baked, steamed, etc., but only nothing other than potatoes. For those of you who are concerned that I won't be eating a balanced diet check out the nutrition facts for 1 large potato on https://nutritiondata.self.com/.
Rule 2: No Seasonings. This rule is optional, but I'm going to try it. The reason for no seasonings, is to see if going without seasoning really does help alter my taste.
Rule 3: Coffee Only at Work. I probably should refrain from coffee entirely, but coffee gets me through the day at work.
Rule 4: Monitor My Progress. I do want to find out if eating this way will make a difference. I will do this by weighing myself at the beginning and the end of the two weeks.
I'll let you know how it goes.
